Enhancing customer engagement through Liveshopper's live commerce platform

In 2021, Philipson Wine made a decision to enhance their customer engagement. They aimed to share their wine expertise, delve deeper into specific topics, and answer customer questions in real-time, preferably outside normal business hours. In the search for a solution, Philipson Wine engaged in a dialogue with Liveshopper.  Liveshopper's live commerce platform enables companies to interact online with customers and provide them with expert knowledge - very similar to the physical meeting in-store.  

With Liveshopper, Philipson and Wine got the opportunity to establish their very own live channel on their website. Hence, they got the flexibility to go live whenever they wanted, engage in real-time dialogue with their customers and not least offer a more nuanced wine universe.

From the decision to go ahead with Liveshopper, it took about a month before Philipson Wine was ready with their first program. When Philipson Wine went live for the last time before the summer holidays, 1,600 enthusiastic customers participated, and sales were booming.
