Bog & idé is Damark's largest chain of book stores with its more than 100 retailers. We're all familiar with the book stores; the smell of new books and paper, a place to buy gifts for the whole family and fall in love with exciting books. But, of course, Bog & idé can also be found in the digital universe, on social media, such as online book clubs and apps. But what about a combination? Bog & idé knew for sure that they had to open up a window to their physical stores in their online universe and offer some of the same creative ideas, exciting news, and guidance as in the physical stores.
"At Bog & idé, our aim is to create an brand-new content universe that contributes to more entertainment, inspiration, and recommendations through the use of live shopping events. Moreover, we want a direct dialogue with our customers when we showcase new or relevant topics and themes, enabling them to ask questions and receive answers in real-time."

Quick Integration made Launching Live Shopping Easy
In just a month, Bog & idé went from contacting Liveshopper to hosting their first live event. Bog & idé was determined to invest in live shopping on their own site, and the integration of the Liveshopper platform at Bog-ide.dk/live was seamless. Following this, the process progressed rapidly, with marketing planned and the content for the first event prepared, and Bog & Idé was ready to go live.
